Refund & Return Policy
At Greek Olive Store, operated by Elliko Hellas, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Please provide your name, order number and the products you wish to return.
Return Conditions
Food products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with seals and labels intact where applicable.
For health, hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed food products once their seal or protective packaging has been opened, where the applicable legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
Products should be securely packaged for return to prevent damage during transportation.
Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Where the issue is attributable to us or the carrier and your claim is accepted, we will arrange an appropriate solution without charging you the applicable return costs.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at ellico@protonmail.com, preferably including your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the original standard delivery cost where legally required. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable where permitted by law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Purchasing an item at a discounted or promotional price does not by itself remove your statutory consumer rights.
