Refund policy

If you have changed your mind, you may return the product within 14 days from the date you received your order.

* The customer is also responsible for properly packaging the product to ensure that it arrives in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for the returned product until the parcel has been delivered to our warehouse.

* All returns must be sent in suitable outer packaging (in addition to the manufacturer’s original packaging), similar to the packaging in which the order was originally received.

* The sender is responsible for ensuring proper packaging, safe transportation, and the successful delivery of the returned parcel.

* Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that are damaged or broken.

* Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products purchased at a discount or as part of a special offer.

* Returned products must be unopened and unused and must not have been assembled.
