Elliko Hellas reserves the right to modify the content of www.greekolivestore.com at any time and without prior notice. The customer is solely responsible for reviewing the technical information provided and ensuring that the products ordered are suitable for their intended use.

The Olive Oil Shop of Elliko Hellas shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the customer's inability to use the website, or from any errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in the operation of the website or in the transmission of information through the website and the Internet.

Product Availability & Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that the products are reserved or that the available stock is sufficient. In cases of limited stock, www.greekolivestore.com reserves the right not to fulfil an order, or part of an order, if available stock proves insufficient to meet demand. In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly. Final confirmation of product availability takes place during order processing.

Returns & Refunds

If an error is made by our company in processing your order, we will provide a full refund corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

If a customer wishes to return the products received for any other reason, the full amount paid for the order and the shipping costs charged at the time of purchase will be refunded, subject to the conditions below. Products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer is responsible only for the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which they were received, meaning that they have **not been opened, unsealed, used, or had their original packaging tampered with**, and are accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice.

If a product is defective and covered by a warranty, it will be replaced in consultation with the manufacturer or the company responsible for the product.

If a product has been used or its original packaging has been altered or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date our company receives the returned products.

For a refund, you must provide us with the following information:

* The bank account to which you wish the refund to be made

* The name of the bank

* The account holder's name

* The order number relating to the return

For returns, the original retail receipt is required. Products must be returned in a suitable box or protective outer packaging that prevents damage during transportation. Returns must not be sent in an envelope or unsuitable packaging.

Where an invoice has been issued, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note (dispatch document).

If the return is not made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, or if any of the return conditions are not met,  Elliko Hellas reserves the right to refuse the return and not proceed with a replacement or refund.

Retail orders may be cancelled. Orders for which an invoice has already been issued cannot be cancelled.

**Order Cancellation**

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched from our store.

To request cancellation, please send an email to ellico@protonmail.com including:

* Your order number

* The full name used to place the order

* Your contact telephone number

You will subsequently receive an email confirmation from us confirming that your order has been cancelled.
