Greek Olive Store, operated by Elliko Hellas, ships authentic Greek products directly from Crete, Greece.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched on the same or next working day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed during weekends or Greek public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.
Shipping Services
We primarily cooperate with DHL and FedEx and use economy/international shipping services depending on the destination, parcel size and available service.
The available shipping options and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If you require a faster delivery service, please contact us before placing your order and we will inform you of the available express options and costs.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier service selected.
For many European destinations, delivery normally takes approximately 6–10 working days after dispatch when using an economy service.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where appropriate.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel, packaging and products so that we can investigate the issue with the courier.
